Seasoned Associate Attorney Adds Integral Growth and Depth to the Firms Established Estate Planning Legal Services

Greater Bay Area estate planning firm, Absolute Trust Counsel, is pleased to welcome new hire Madison Gunn as an associate attorney. Madison is a part of the firm’s ongoing growth and commitment to better serving the aging adult community in Walnut Creek and surrounding areas.

“We are excited to welcome Madison to the firm,” says managing partner Kristen Howe. “As our firm continues to grow, so does the need for exceptional talent.

When interviewing Madison, there was no denying her focus and experience in elder law, but also her eagerness to grow with the Absolute Trust Counsel team. I can’t wait to see her in action with our fabulous family of clients.”

Madison earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2017 from John F. Kennedy University School of Law. While at John F. Kennedy, she served as a member of the Elder Law Clinic working with clients to interview clients and help draft related estate planning documents. Madison graduated from California State University, East Bay in March of 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies and a Minor in Criminal Justice Administration.

“I’m thrilled for the opportunity to join such a trusted team,” Madison states. “Everyone has been so welcoming, and I’m impressed with Kirsten’s personalized and streamlined approach to all aspects of elder law. I look forward to helping expand Absolute Trust Counsel’s services and to continue to grow the firms legacy in Walnut Creek.”
